What Type of Payment Methods Do You Have?
We currently accept personal checks,
money orders of any type, and direct payment from Master Card and Visa credit cards.
International customers need to pay in US dollars either by an international money order or cashiers check, www.Western Union.com or credit card payment. Traveler's checks payable in US funds are also accepted.

Can I Return My Purchase?
We offer a guarantee on all of our items, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item using the guidelines listed in our Policy Section under Guarantee.
My Item Arrived Damaged. What Do I Do?
We ship with insurance, so if you receive an item and it did not make a safe journey, please contact us immediately at shelley@vintagejewelryonline.com or call 603-673-9004.
We will instruct you on how to process an insurance claim. Do not return the item to Vintage Jewelry Online. This will cancel out the USPS insurance.
How Often Do You Update Your Web Site?
We typically update our site twice a month. If you would like to keep abreast of all our newest items, please sign up for our Mailing List or bookmark the "What's New Search" page. Our new Newsletter, Vintage Jewelry Unleashed is found on the main toolbar by clicking on the Newsletter link.
Do You Only Sell Vintage Items and How Can I Be Sure of Their Condition?
Yes, Vintage Online Jewelry only sells vintage costume and estate jewelry as well as vintage accessories and accents that compliment you and your living space.
The condition of each item is described in the listing and we try hard to be as accurate as possible. If an item has been used, it will generally have at least subtle or normal signs of wear. After all, a piece of vintage jewelry is old and it's more fragile than a new piece. Read up on our Conditions Rating in the Policy section.

Do You Appraise Jewelry?
Unfortunately, I am not able to provide appraisals or answer questions on your jewelry or collectibles due to the lack of time and so many requests. Over time I will be building up my reference and links section, which will help you.
In addition, check out my links to other web sites. Many of these sites already offer extensive research and information.
Do You Buy Jewelry and Other Collectibles?
Yes, we are always buying desirable vintage costume and estate jewelry and accessories. Please contact me or call me at 603-673-9004 and we can discuss arrangements.

If I Don't Find What I am Looking for, What Can I Do?
If you don't see what you are looking for on the web site, you can send us your wish list and we will keep it on file. We can also check our inventory. We have been doing business since 1987 and have an extensive inventory!
We do not sell or share the information you provide us with any 3rd party company or institution. We collect only the necessary contact information to process your order or information you have requested by signing up on our Contact Us Page.
